Shipping, Payment & Returns

Order processing and shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • We use Canada Post shipping carrier.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm will begin processing the next business day.
  • If an item happens to be out of stock during processing, you will be contacted for a replacement as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. In case when the missing items make up less than 10% of the order, it will be shipped without the missing items and a refund for them will be issued.
  • We deliver to all addresses, including P.O. Box and APO.
  • Depending on the chosen method delivery may take 1-7 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your package is shipped. Funds are only withdrawn from your payment source once your package is shipped.

Payment

We accept credit cards via PayPal. You can pay for your order directly on the website. Payments and withdrawals occur after your order is completed and ready for submission.

Since you are charged only for products that were sent to you, the total charged when the order is shipped may differ from the one at checkout.

In case some of the items are missing, the total will decrease, and the money will be returned to you.


Returns

Please note all sales are final on limited edition and licensed products. 
Only exchanges available for damaged goods.

1. Place the items in their original packaging and ship your return merchandise back to us. Include a copy of the invoice slip that came with your merchandise. If exchanging, make a note on the slip of your new purchase order.

2. We highly recommend tracking and insuring your return to make sure it arrives as expected.

3. All return refunds are processed within 24 hours (minus $5 re-stocking fee). Please allow up to 30 days for purchase credit to appear on your credit statement, as processing times vary by bank.

4. For exchanges, please allow 48 hours processing time.
